Illustrated Sketchbooks by Lujan Cordaro: A Masterpiece in Print ????

When it comes to artist sketchbook printing, Ex Why Zed is the go-to expert. We’ve had the pleasure of working with many talented artists, and one of our most memorable collaborations was with Lujan Cordaro. Known for her vibrant and captivating illustrations, Cordaro’s work is a feast for the eyes. We were thrilled to bring her art to life in print with our A5 sketchbooks.

A Glimpse into Cordaro’s World ????

Lujan Cordaro is an artist based in Berlin, known for her enchanting illustrations that transport viewers into a world of imagination and color. Her work is a celebration of nature, with animals and plants often taking center stage. Cordaro’s art is not just visually stunning; it also carries a message of love and respect for our planet.

The Art of Printing ????️

At ExWhyZed, we understand that the quality of print can make or break an artist’s work. That’s why we take great care in ensuring that every detail is perfect. For Cordaro’s sketchbooks, we used a 4pp cover onto 250gsm Silk with Matt Lamination to the outer. The 28pp text was printed onto 150gsm Zen Pure White (GF Smith), blank throughout. The books were then trimmed, collated, and wire stitched. The result was a beautifully bound sketchbook that did justice to Cordaro’s stunning illustrations.

Linking Art and Print ????️

Our artist catalogue printing services are designed to showcase the work of artists like Cordaro. We also offer a range of other services, such as case bound books, which are perfect for artists looking to create a more substantial portfolio.

More Success Stories ????

Cordaro’s sketchbook is just one of many success stories at Ex Why Zed. Check out our other case studies, such as the Anne Davison Studio wire stitched A6 notebook range, the Paper Made Thoughts notebook range, and the Mental Health and Well-being notebook range. Each project is a testament to our commitment to quality and our passion for print.

Ex Why Zed makes self publishing a truly pleasurable experience!
Brilliant communication from start to finish. Mike had endless patience for the many questions we asked. The guides provided were easy to follow and super helpful (the video guides are a must watch too). Our order of hardback illustrated children's books was delivered expertly packaged and on time. As for the finished product itself - stunning - a real joy to finally hold, beautifully made and perfectly printed! We couldn't have asked for more. Well, we did - we instantly placed an order for paperback children's colouring books too, which we are equally as happy with. Look forward to working with Ex Why Zed again in the future.
