Don't You Forget About Me: A Photographic Journey Through Lockdown

At Ex Why Zed, we believe in the power of print to tell compelling stories. Our latest project, "Don't You Forget About Me" by the talented photographer Ricky Adam is a testament to this belief. This unique zine captures the eerie stillness of the 2020 Covid lockdown through the lens of office plants left behind. The result is a captivating narrative that is both poignant and visually stunning.

A Photographic Journey Through Lockdown ♂️

Don't You Forget About Me" is a dark yet uplifting exploration of life during the lockdown. The zine features a series of black and white photographs depicting office plants that were left behind as employees fled their workplaces. The images are hauntingly beautiful, capturing the resilience of nature in the face of adversity. The use of 130gsm Silk for the text pages adds a smooth finish that enhances the visual impact of the photographs.

Quality and Creativity in Photobook Printing

At Ex Why Zed, we take pride in our commitment to quality and creativity. Our photobook printing services are designed to bring your vision to life. For "Don't You Forget About Me", we used a 235x180mm format with a 4pp cover printed onto 300gsm Silk with Matt Lamination to the outer. The 40pp text was printed onto 130gsm Silk in four colour print throughout. The zine was then trimmed, collated, and wire stitched to create a sleek and professional finish.
