PRINT A HARDBACK ARTIST CATALOGUE at Ex Why Zed

In this showcase snippet video, we take a look at a superbly designed, hardback artist’s catalogue for Guido Bollino.

The cover is a treat with the 'torn away' artwork on the right-hand side given a Gloss Spot UV Varnish over the matt lamination to pick that content out with a subtle shine and to differentiate it from the grey background on the left. Opening the cover reveals end-papers containing a montage of Guido’s contemporary art. A great use of real estate and a high impact to begin the publication.

Second Life captures weather-worn posters, redrawn by sun, wind, rain over time and given a spontaneous second life as art gems hidden in the city. Creativity at its finest from Guido.
