Why it works?
Owen went for quite a unique and striking front cover. We don’t see many people brave enough to do this during the year. Using our smooth house uncoated he blind debossed his title into the thick 350gsm. It then makes the viewer work that little bit harder because on an initial glance the cover looks blank. Blind debossing is the process of pushing part of the artwork into the sheet without any print on that particular area. It is very effective on vector graphics, logos and chunky typography.
