The range of options available for this type of project can be bewildering so we arranged for a selection of samples from Winter&Company to be sent out along with our paper samples highlighting the possibilities.
The gold foiling over classic mid grey cover (in this case Brillianta 4003 from Winter&Company) is a statement combination of materials and processes. The linen material oozes high end tailoring and the gold text forms a stark contrast with metallic sheen and smooth surface.
The real hero of this book is of course the photography. Page after page of iconic landmarks and local hangouts shot in the transfixing dawn light - not early enough to get up, too late to be going to bed. Colour reproduction was paramount so we ran a full set of proofs to show Anthony how his images would print.
